I put my taste buds to the test and figured out how to make Panera's Bacon Turkey Bravo. For this recipe I made it into a wrap, but of course you can buy Panera's tomato basil bread.
To make the sauce you need mayo, sun dried tomato dressing and honey.
I mix 2 spoonfuls of Hellman's mayo a tablespoon of sun dried tomato dressing and a tad bit more honey. The key is to make it sweet.
Cut up 3 slices of turkey, I use oven roasted, but any kind will do.
Cut up 2 slices of smoked gouda cheese (trader hoes for sure has it).
Cut 2 slices of tomato into little pieces.
Cut up some lettuce.
Crumble up 1 1/2 to 2 slices of bacon.
Spread the sauce onto the wrap, and put the rest of the ingredients on and roll it.
I place into the toaster oven for a min or so to keep the wrap from falling apart.
I used a wheat wrap but to keep to Panera's tomato bread you can use a tomato wrap.
ENJOY.
