1930's Diner

My 1 perfect shot from the food workshop class I took. We all had to shoot "ice cream", my scenario was 1930's Diner. This was a two 8 hour day class. The first day we met up with the teacher (my fave one), and two food stylists/photographers. We had a list of scenarios to choose from, and talked about what we envisioned, then went to a prop house and spent a few hours searching for props. The second day consisted of 8 hours of just setting up and shooting for one photo. We used the digital backs on the view camera. It was so fun and I'm glad I took this class.

Dinner with Shannon

Hung out with my cousin the other day and she made a delicious dinner.

I'm in Richmond Virginia, taking care of my aunt and uncles dog and watching the house while they are in Europe.

I know it's been forever... but I have finally taken some photo's this summer,

besides the random snapshots.

Summer

I've been super busy for these past few weeks. Started work again at the NE Humane Society, so glad to be back. I also started riding again, friend from work is letting my ride her horse..... and it feels so great to be riding again since it has been a year and a half. I made some more sock monsters last night in my spare time. And going to see Rock of Ages with my mom tonight.
